Credit Union at 3115 Madison Ave., Bridgeport CT 06606,
Attn: Bridgeport Fallen Firefighters Fund.
Right around
8:00 PM the Derby Fire Department was dispatched
to Emmett Avenue for the report of a fully
involved three-story home. Initial reports from
the State Police indicated that the fire was
through the roof. Upon arrival, Derby would
discover fire coming from the attic window on
the 'C' side. The crews made a quick knockdown
and everyone went home safely.

Remington Arms
Complex Burns...Again
Saturday, August 28th: Another fire
breaks out at the Remington Arms
Complex. This old, vacant factory
has been the scene of several fires
in recent years, but this one has
been the most 'spectacular' of the
bunch. The
